Trainee Digital Portal Specialist

Martec are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our office based team on a full time basis.

The individual we are looking for will be IT literate and have an excellent attention to detail.

The role will involve the manual transfer and download of MP3’S and WMA files from remote servers and the re-uploading of these files onto our bespoke platform. This requires a good deal of concentration and accuracy and so would suit someone who is fast and comfortable using a PC.

The role is full time (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30pm) and office based from our head office in Chesham.

Full training will be provided and there may be an opportunity to enrol in the government apprenticeship scheme for eligible candidates.

Admin Support Assistant

Martec are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our office based team on a full time basis.

The individual we are looking for will be computer literate have working knowledge of the Microsoft Applications. You will need to have good organisational skill and a good attention to detail.

The role will involve tasks including the preparation of Training Materials for our team of Consultants, assisting with reception duties and maintaining the Marketing database.

The role is full time (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30pm) and office based from our head office in Chesham.

Full training will be provided and there may be an opportunity to enrol in the government apprenticeship scheme for eligible candidates.
