Martec Europe is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the ShowroomScout team!

What are the main responsibilities?

  • Once fully trained, call customers on a day to day basis who have enquired on a vehicle at a dealership. Finding out how their enquiry can be progressed further and how we can help.
  • Aim to reach and exceed targets, which are based on the amount of connected calls made per day.
  • Deliver the best customer service you can and perform to your full potential.
  • Prospecting customers who are at the point of changing in their car purchase cycle.
  • Inputting relevant information onto a CRM (Customer Relations Management) database, to ensure the customers information and progress is kept up to date.
