Our Automotive Coaching and Mentoring modules are the glue that brings the learning together. People take onboard new skills and techniques in our group collaborative workshop burst training sessions. Some learning sticks and some needs consistent ongoing support to help the ideas stitch together.

We coach ‘1 to 1’ and in small groups. Most coaching is ‘1 to 1’ so each person, sales or aftersales, can work on their own specific areas. Creating a robust, relevant and action driven meaningful report that is for their own focus and development. Each line manager will then have the opportunity to review, reset and refresh the actions during their learning journey and in between our onsite or virtual coaching sessions.

Onsite and Virtual coaching is something we have been proud to deliver for many years, in fact since Martec Europe was formed in 1991, more about us on our about us page, onsite ‘face to face’ coaching was our main credible programme for all our clients.

People need time and with consistency and continuity to help them develop. When a business provides their employees with continuous, either weekly, month or quarterly sessions, things happen, change happens, confidence grows and more success comes.
