Homebased Call Qualifier

To Listen to the beginning of all calls and qualify where the call should be allocated on our EnquirySuccess™ platform, in a timely manner to ensure a speedy turnaround on calls.

The candidate must have good attention to detail.

Full training will be given either in person or virtually.

You will need your own computer or laptop and internet access to work from home.

Minimum hours of 15 hours of the week (spread over five days neither Monday – Friday OR Saturday – Wednesday) with the option to do more when needed.

Bonus Scheme based on performance after three months of probation.

28 days Holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas bank holidays)

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
