The role of a call analyst is to listen to and accurately score enquiries between salespeople, service and parts advisors and customers.

You will provide both a subjective and objective view on all calls.

This is handled using our platform EnquirySuccess™, where you log in and listen to the calls and score the salesperson, service or parts advisors using our key word tracks.

The candidate must have good attention to detail.

Full training will be given either in person or virtually.

You will need your own computer or laptop and internet access to work from home.

Minimum hours of 15 hours of the week (spread over five days neither Monday – Friday OR Saturday-Wednesday) with the option to do more when needed.

Bonus Scheme based on performance after three months of probation.

28 days Holiday (including all bank holidays – including Christmas bank holidays)

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
