Where do we come from?
The concept of Martec Europe was first imagined in Australia more than 50 years ago by Rob O’Connell and Mike Aitkin. Martec Europe as we know it now was then officially founded in 1991 by Ken Stucky and soon became independent in 1998. In 2019, after 28 years in the business, we now work with several of the top 100 dealer groups in the UK and Ireland as well as a large number of motor manufacturers.
What do we offer?
Our portfolio of automotive retail solutions include sales and aftersales training programmes focusing on leadership, management, telephone handling, face-to-face and online training. Our business solution tools include our renowned and newly relaunched TelephoneSuccess™ analytics programme, lead management system Mentor.net and Aftersales analytics, AfterSalesSuccess™.
