Stuart was honestly the best trainer I've had in the 12 years I've been a service advisor and I've been on a lot of courses. Very positive day and refreshing. Very upbeat and emotional. Best trainer I've had on any course before.

I found Ray excellent and very easy to listen too. he explains everything so well and really knows his stuff.

Enjoyed the day and I have actual practical advice on how to improve customer contact that I will definitely implement.
