Due to significant new business wins from the Vindis Group and the Essex Audi Group in the second quarter, Martec Europe has expanded their ShowroomScout™ team by 25%. Martec’s ShowroomScout™ is a value added contact centre providing outsourced lead qualification and market intelligence services to car dealerships nationwide.
Depending on dealer requirements, potential customer walk-in’s, telephone or internet enquiries are followed-up by skilled agents to determine information like, purchasing intentions, budget and competitive product considerations, information that can be helpful to sales people when closing a sale. An additional benefit to management is that the information can also highlight how well their teams are performing during the crucial first contact phase with prospects when the foundations for a great customer experience are first established.
