Goals
• Refine front end sales processes across the group
• Improve inbound call handling techniques and increase showroom appointment levels

• Increase telephone enquiries’ conversion to Showroom appointments

On June 17th, the Martec Marvels will be taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride, a full 52 miles! In preparation for the big day the team have been in training since March, battling through torrential rain and the scorching sun. So far they have managed to work their way up to 40 miles! With only 23 days left, they plan to train every Saturday to reach the 52 miles in preparation for the day.
For those of us that aren’t riding, we can still help by sponsoring them at
http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/MartecEurope if its £1 or £100 every penny counts as it’s all going to the British Heart Foundation.
